In September, we launched a new format: the interactive SmartNotes Round Table. The aim is to discuss typical challenges when working with the SmartNotes disclosure management system and to develop practical solutions.
Both the kick-off event on 25 September 2025 and the additional event on 14 October 2025 were very well attended. The small group of participants focussed on exchange and discussion:
- Everyone contributed their own experiences, benefited from the insights of our experts and learnt from other SmartNotes users.
- The deliberately limited number of participants enabled an active dialogue with real added value.
- Disclosure management specialists from RYZE Digital and customers who are already using SmartNotes were among the panellists.
Insights into the discussions
The discussions covered typical challenges in day-to-day reporting - from cross-departmental collaboration and the efficient use of the layout robot to RYZE solutions such as the Word Connector, which save time and simplify processes. Topics such as software updates, cloud migration and the use of AI support (Lucanet Copilot) also took centre stage. The direct dialogue enabled participants to take away concrete solutions, empirical values and practical tips - something that traditional webinars rarely offer.
The positive feedback shows: The interactive round table creates real added value because it combines practical knowledge, expert insights and peer learning.
Individual support from RYZE
If you have specific questions on these topics or need support with your SmartNotes process, we will help you individually.
And it goes on: the round table will continue in future with further topics relating to reporting, systems and processes.
