Oerlikon AG

As the lead online agency, RYZE manages all of Oerlikon AG's digital communication – from the corporate website with around 2,500 pages in three languages to business unit websites, storytelling formats and specialised web applications. The technical basis is the CMS Ecoma, which enables efficient, centralised maintenance.

Diehl Group

RYZE relaunched the corporate website for the Diehl Group on the basis of Ibexa DXP – modern, secure and scalable. The launch of the corporate website marked the start of the gradual modernisation of the entire web landscape: seven sub-group websites will follow, making the Group's digital presence fit for the future.

Karl Mayer Group

RYZE developed four new websites for the Karl Mayer Group based on the CMS Ecoma, which have a standardised structure and design but still set individual accents. The modular concept enables flexible maintenance, facilitates user guidance and supports lead generation.

FAQ

What is the difference between a classic CMS and a DXP?

A CMS primarily manages content, while a DXP also offers functions for personalisation, integration of third-party applications, cross-channel playout and user analysis – for consistent experiences along the entire customer journey.

For which companies is the use of a DXP worthwhile?

A DXP is particularly relevant for companies that want to orchestrate multiple touchpoints (web, app, portals, email, etc.) and create customised user experiences – for example in B2B, for corporations or brands with an international focus.

How flexible is the integration into existing IT landscapes?

Modern DXPs rely on open interfaces (APIs) and headless architectures, which means they can be easily connected to existing systems such as CRM, e-commerce or marketing automation.

What role does personalisation play in a DXP?

Personalisation is a key feature: content and offers can be targeted to user segments or individual behaviour – automatically, in real time and across channels.

How time-consuming is the changeover to a new DXP?

This depends on the scope of the existing systems. However, with a step-by-step, modular approach, the changeover can be organised in a controlled manner – without disrupting ongoing operations.

What does multi-site management mean in a DXP?

Multi-site management enables the centralised control of several websites or brand presences within one platform. Content, designs and functions can be shared or customised – efficiently and consistently.

What are the advantages of a headless CMS in the DXP architecture?

A headless CMS separates content management and playout. This allows content to be distributed flexibly across different channels (web, app, voice, IoT). This increases scalability and speed for new touchpoints.

What is the difference between a DXP and an e-commerce system?

A DXP is a platform for personalised digital experiences across all channels. E-commerce can be integrated into it, but is only a sub-area. While shop systems primarily focus on transactions, a DXP addresses the entire customer journey.
