In this year's study, together with SCM - School for Communication and Management, we asked those responsible for internal communication about the current state of the digital media landscape for internal communication, impact measurement and the use of AI in internal communication.
Digital communication is constantly changing, and the hybrid working world challenges technology, people and culture. Digital platforms for exchange within the organisation are essential here. They are the only way to implement modern collaboration efficiently and in line with the times. One topic is increasingly coming to the fore: artificial intelligence (AI). It is already making an appearance in many tools that are used both inside and outside companies. The question we are asking ourselves: Will it revolutionise our working world, and not least IC, sooner than we think?
Please take about ten minutes to complete the survey.
