Workiva is a cloud-based end-to-end platform for financial reporting, ESG, audit and risk. The solution brings together data, processes and teams in a controlled environment, thereby creating a central foundation for the preparation, review and publication of complex corporate reports. Data from ERP, CRM and other source systems can be connected directly to Workiva. This reduces data disconnects, ensures data consistency and minimises the need for manual reconciliation in complex reporting processes.
In corporate reporting in particular, Workiva supports a transparent and collaborative way of working. Stakeholders from financial control, investor relations, sustainability, communications, management and audit can work together on content, tables and presentations. Linked data, automated workflows, version control and features such as ESEF tagging provide transparency regarding changes and approvals. This makes Workiva suitable for annual reports, interim reports, ESG reports and other regulated publications.

Workiva and corporate reporting: from the data source to publication
RYZE provides support in selecting and designing suitable layout processes. Depending on requirements, reports can be generated via a connection to Adobe InDesign, the Word Connector or directly within Workiva. For publication, the Ecoma interface is used to generate, amongst other things, interactive PDF reports, one-pagers and accessible HTML reports. Charts and visualisations can also be prepared for integration into Workiva.

Webcase | NORMA Group
For NORMA Group, we produce the online annual report via an automated workflow directly from Workiva into our Ecoma system.
