NORMA Group's online annual report is designed to create clarity, strengthen trust and precisely address relevant target groups such as investors. To this end, the existing structure was retained but modernised in a targeted manner - both visually and functionally. The aim was to make the report intuitively accessible, to further streamline processes and to guarantee clarity even with complex content. At the same time, the security of highly sensitive data remained a top priority.

RYZE Digital relied on proven tools and well-established processes for the implementation: The report is created in Workiva and automatically transferred to the in-house Ecoma system using a specially developed XHTML importer - a workflow that is not only efficient, but almost magical. NORMA Group only maintains the homepage, all other content is imported automatically. New 2024: The revised design picks up on the brand's new blue colour and is complemented by an animated title graphic and a dynamic teaser module. A standardised mega menu and a convenient scroll function for the subpages have also been added.

Another highlight is the investor relations presentation in Workiva. All financial graphics are directly linked to the source data and automatically updated annually - a feature that is currently unique in RYZE's customer portfolio.

The result is a coherent, professional and modern online annual report that fulfils all requirements - both visually and functionally. The platform has a fresher look thanks to the new design, while the animated cover image and moving graphics bring the website to life. Particularly positive: the new key figures module offers maximum transparency at a glance. Reporting runs smoothly, not least thanks to the excellent collaboration between the two teams.
