Why a new tool isn’t the answer
In day-to-day operations, teams struggle with established structures. Each department maintains its own system, knowledge circulates in silos and interfaces are cobbled together manually. Product data ends up being duplicated, marketing campaigns reach the wrong target groups or fail to deliver results because the sales team isn’t kept informed. The organisation works hard, but it is working against its own complexity. Transparency and speed fall by the wayside. And with every new system, the mess grows instead of the benefits.
