Good content alone is not enough to convince users online. With the very first click, users expect exactly the content they are looking for and which inspires them. This is another reason why we have become a partner of the Norwegian company Ibexa. The powerful Digital Experience Platform (DXP) opens up completely new possibilities in the design of digital experience worlds, which we combine with our many years of experience in corporate communication. The success of this partnership was already evident at the Ibexa Summit in January, where we were honoured as "Rising Star of the Year" - and achieved Gold status as an Ibexa partner in record time.
The importance of switching to a holistic digital user experience for companies is demonstrated by the behaviour of users on the internet: They expect immediately relevant content, do not want to search and leave websites that do not meet their expectations within a few seconds. What has been a familiar challenge in the B2C sector for years is also becoming increasingly important in the B2B sector. After all, users do not change their behaviour just because they interact with a website in a business context.
Business partners who, for example, are looking for important information about products, want to find contact persons or visit a company's website via various end devices also want to access the content with the same ease and convenience.
"A digital experience platform like Ibexa's gives companies completely new options for interacting with customers and business partners. DXPs create seamless, personalised experiences at all touchpoints - a crucial factor, as most users expect precisely this frictionless experience," explains Thorsten Scherff, CTO of RYZE Digital. "Whether conversions in B2C or making contact in B2B: target group-specific websites are significantly more successful. We combine our many years of experience in corporate communication with the technical possibilities of Ibexa DXP. In this way, we offer companies innovative solutions to turn potential customers into actual buyers."

Ibexa Summit: shaping the future of the content experience
At the Ibexa Summit on 30 and 31 January 2025 in Barcelona, many discussions therefore revolved around the transformation of content management into an experience platform. The two-day event focussed on sharing knowledge, networking partners and presenting new developments in the Digital Experience Platform. The role of artificial intelligence, content creation with Ibexa, customer experiences and sustainability in hosting were also key topics.
For RYZE Digital, the summit was much more than just a specialist conference. It was about strategic partnerships, technological exchange and the next big step in the company's development. "We wanted to meet partners and exchange ideas. So networking was very important to us," adds Matthias Frescha, Managing Director RYZE Tech, who attended the conference together with Thorsten Scherff, Jan Hapke and several developers.
"The introduction of a digital experience platform offers companies a completely new approach to digital customer interactions by intelligently linking content, customer data and sales. Instead of static content that is the same for all users, a DXP enables dynamic, target group-specific content playout. Companies can adapt their content specifically to different user groups by having the platform recognise who is browsing the website - and display the relevant information accordingly. This creates a personalised experience that not only strengthens user loyalty, but also increases the conversion rate," he summarises.
RYZE Digital is currently developing new websites with a holistic approach for several well-known clients. Marketing, content and data are combined to offer users the best possible experience. Thanks to a target group-orientated approach and suitable content, users find what they are looking for more quickly. At the same time, companies gain valuable insights from customer data and profiles. A digital experience platform is therefore a logical further development of the classic content management system.

To ensure that RYZE Digital is optimally prepared for the future of content, several developers also attended the Ibexa Summit to gain important insights into the platform's options and exchange ideas with others. "We got to know many other developers, clarified open questions with the speakers directly after the talks and learnt a lot of new things," emphasises Pascal. Naim adds: "Although we are already working successfully with the system, there are many areas where we can still learn more. That's why it was particularly valuable to learn about features at the summit that we haven't worked with before." Both developers used the two days intensively to gain a comprehensive overview of the possibilities of Ibexa and to transfer this knowledge to customer projects at RYZE Digital.
In addition to the technical presentations and the exchange with international partners in the Ibexa environment, the award show on the second day was the highlight of the visit to Barcelona. The exclusive location in the FC Barcelona stadium provided an impressive backdrop - and RYZE Digital also left a lasting impression in the first few months of its collaboration with Ibexa. The highlight: we were honoured as "Rising Star of the Year"!
Gold Partner in record time
But that's not all: we became a Gold Partner in record time. Thorsten Scherff is delighted with this unique milestone: "We became a Gold Partner in just three months. I don't think that's ever happened before. That brought us a lot of attention!"
Matthias Frescha was also delighted: "Many participants approached us about the award. It shows that our commitment is being recognised and that we play a respectable role within the partner network," he says.
The decisive factors for this success included a live-streamed B2B event in Cologne and the targeted expansion of our lead pipeline. Our marketing for Ibexa and our technical expertise, which has already convinced our first customers to switch to Ibexa DXP, also played a key role.
In the coming months, we will continue to expand and deepen our collaboration with Ibexa and acquire new customers. This shows how successful our partnership is and the potential of Ibexa DXP. With a strong partner like RYZE Digital, companies can take their communication - both internally and externally - to a new level.
