In today's professional world, many companies are looking for candidates who fit the "perfect" mould. The employer branding campaign should show that VRM is convinced that it is the diversity of personalities and characteristics that really enriches the teams and makes them successful.
This campaign was designed to draw attention to the diversity and unique qualities of potential new employees.
Whether it's the creativity of a daydreamer, the risk-taking of an adventurer or the precision of a perfectionist, each quality is valued and placed in the right context.
A suitable target group definition was important for the campaign. Due to the different occupational fields, the target group included many aspects that had to be taken into account. Once the target group had been defined, the campaign strategy was to create awareness for the employer in an initial phase. Different people were to be addressed through various image adverts and the interests of the target group, without the frequency becoming too high. In a second phase, job adverts for specific job vacancies were published in the same design concept with the aim of generating traffic in order to encourage people from the target group to interact directly with the company and the job adverts.
The results of the campaign speak for themselves: with over 350,000 individuals reached, we achieved broad awareness of our message about the diversity and unique characteristics of potential new employees. This high number is also reflected in the more than 3,000 clicks on the website, where interested parties were able to learn more about our vision, values and jobs. In addition, we recorded over 3,000 interactions, showing that our message was not only seen but also actively engaged with.
Significant increase in incoming applications during the campaign.
