#teamtomorrow: sharpening the employer profile of a commercial law firm

To show potential talent what Osborne Clarke is all about as an employer, we created a dedicated careers page for the international law firm's German offices. As testimonials, colleagues explain why they are part of #teamtomorrow.

The international commercial law firm Osborne Clarke also has four offices in Germany. Successful recruiting is a key issue for them. The international corporate website offered rather limited opportunities for local talent acquisition. The solution was to create a separate career website for the German law firms, which would create the necessary presence and give the German offices their own profile.

In order to properly sharpen the profile with the new platform, we first started a comprehensive employer branding process together with Osborne Clarke. In workshops with management, representatives from Human Resources, Corporate Communications and employees, we worked together to develop an employer positioning for Osborne Clarke in Germany. On this basis, we were able to tackle the careers page in the next step, for which we provided the texts and layout and also took over the programming. At the same time, we developed a campaign to position Osborne Clarke as an attractive employer among the relevant target groups.

The newly designed one-pager www.osborneclarke.de shows Osborne Clarke as a commercial law firm for the world of tomorrow. Under the keyword #teamtomorrow, testimonials report on what Osborne Clarke means to them as an employer. Job profiles make tangible what entry opportunities the firm offers, while the OC Principles give a feel for the corporate culture. The repositioning was very well received by the firm's own employees: The assets of the #teamtomorrow campaign have established themselves as a successful communication element.
